87th Street Apartment.

Modern and traditional elements come together in this four bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. A modern white oak kitchen was opened up onto the dining and living space to create a warm space for entertaining. The stove was centered on a large marble island while the sink was centered on the window. A large fridge, pantry, and column wine fridge maximize the storage.

A marble mantel became a focal point in the living room. The guest bathroom is clad in zellige tile, creating a calm space close to the kitchen. A playful kids bathroom features pale blue cement tile with a graphic pattern. The library is a deep navy blue, a counterpoint to the bright modern spaces throughout the rest of the apartment.
