Fulton Street Penthouse
A complete gut renovation of this 1300 square foot penthouse re-oriented the main living space toward the large landscaped terrace. The kitchen was relocated to the great room where living, dining, and kitchen flow together. A guest bedroom with a steel framed window continues the view to the terrace from the main living space. The former galley kitchen was converted to a home office.
With natural light flooding the space, materials were chosen for texture and tone. Storage was maximized at every opportunity, taking advantage of high ceilings. Pocket doors disappear into walls from the master suite to the living room to emphasize the open loft space.
