JKA transformed this Washington Square co-op one bedroom into a peaceful space with breathtaking downtown views. A comprehensive neutral palette of beige tone paint, white oak cabinetry, and stunning Arabescato marble define the kitchen area. A custom millwork booth adds extra storage and plenty of seating for an eat-in kitchen. Floor to ceiling bookshelves in the living area house the client’s extensive library.
In the primary bedroom suite, natural grasscloth envelopes the walls and leads to a custom millwork dressing room and a travertine enrobed bath. Views of the lush green planted terrace complement the minimalist interiors throughout.
