Park Slope Apartment

Above the tree canopies, the Park Slope Apartment’s tall windows bring open sky into the space on three sides. Preferring the bare, textured look, the clients chose to strip the window trims and moldings back to their natural tone. Color and texture are the priority here: patterned triangular Heath Ceramic contrasts with a refinished mantle, while bright green cement tile at the backsplash plays well with the custom walnut kitchen.

In addition to a new HVAC system, new shelving throughout, and a dedicated board game closet, we also added a small powder room towards the entry. The main bathroom’s soaking tub and blue/black floor tile create a calm retreat.
