Third Avenue Apartment
A post-war Gramercy apartment was modernized with warm finishes to create an inviting home. The main hallway was widened and lined with a bookshelf to improve circulation and create views to the outside. The hallway became a room in and of itself to spend time in with books and objects.
The kitchen was expanded with custom millwork into the dining area with an integrated seating nook. Unique pink quartzite stone gives warmth to the modern kitchen. Bathrooms were designed with custom millwork to maximize the functionality of the compact spaces.
